Since you guys are the most likely to understand the things that only "we" experiance, I wanted to take an opporotunity to complain about my bad luck. Ok, Im well known to be a heavy user. I dont feel I abuse gear, I just use a large amount (but use it intelligently). So heres what happened... A while back, the border to Mexico got hot... real hot. So my friend (we had never met, but I feel like he was a friend. He would front me stuff and send me stuff on my word that I sent the money that day, ect.) got cut off by his guy who crosses the border for him (in Texas). So eventually I found a guy through a friend of mine in California (a real close friend, so the guy took me on based on his vouching for me). Again, after a while he fronted me stuff, and we got to be tight, he was a real good guy. However, he got set up in a local sting and went out of business (hes in it deep, but may squirm his way out). He had great prices, quick delivery... Well, on with the story... So I was natural for a while while my wife wanted to get pregnant, and the time came to get back on. Local sources were mostly blowing smoke, nothing came through. Ive been natural now for about SIX MONTHS!!! and heres the problem (aside from no gear). I just dont feel like Im doing anything in the gym anymore. Like without gear Im just working to maintain what I have, with no chance to make serious gains. I know theres others out there who feel the same way, and I know theres no real reasoning behind it, but DAMN, its sucks. I now return you to your regularly scheduled program... IP: Logged |

Sorry to hear that bro, i posted the same type of thing in the chat forum. All you can do is be ready to hit it head on and train. Don't be one of those guys who only trains in the summer or only when on the sauce. If you choose to stay natural it is posible IP: Logged |

I know what you mean. It's very difficult once you've been on to go back to training naturally and still manage to maintain a high level of motivation. This is where discipline comes in. Make a schedule and stick to it. Regiment your life as much as possible, in terms of workouts, sleep, food, etc. Set a goal for yourself to reach naturally by the time you start your next cycle. The gains might be minimal, but you can improve yourself in subtle ways (getting leaner, improving symmetry). IP: Logged |

Yeah, I never slack off the training. Its really all I do. Work, train, eat... I go out a little on the weekends, but not much. I dont drink, smoke, ect., ect... My only guilty indulgance is my weakness for the "fairer sex"... IP: Logged |
