Usually stay off as many weeks that you were on. If you did an 8 week cycle than most people wait 8 weeks before the next one starts. IP: Logged |

Go to anabolex extreme and there is an article there about that and receptor down regulation. It says after 3 weeks you can go back on, your nat test should be about normal and your receptor should be cooled off. Hope this helps IP: Logged |

Time on =Time off is a good rule of thumb. IP: Logged |

Most agree that time on = time off I think that time on = 2 x (time off) if you are conservative. Some Doctors would even find this safe. IP: Logged |

Time on = Time off is pretty good. Personaly I like to take more time off. I seem to get better results. The longer I can stay off the stuff the harder it kicks in. But that is just me. Oh and my liver and kidneys do appreciate it also. Good luck. IP: Logged |

I am also interested in this. I always hear the time on should = the time off, but it seems that the bigger guys rarely adhere to this, not talking about the freaks, but the pretty big guys seem to take less time off. Maybe its because of DNP use to help out receptors in between cycle? Slopain IP: Logged |

Also you might want to factor in your health habits off cycle. I mean if you are one to party hard with alcohol and other drugs, they may take a hard toll on your liver while your body is trying to regain its general homeostasis. Just a thought. IP: Logged |
