when doing arms, try to switch to exercises that are one arm exercises, like doing dumbell verses barbell curls....chances are one arm is naturally weaker then the other & your stronger arm is doing the work for the weaker one hence the size difference. IP: Logged |

i got the same thing going on bro. my right is almost 1/2in. bigger. i think its because i'm much more coordinated with my right side and each exercise is more controlled. but i'll bump it for some more input! ------------------ IP: Logged |

My right is 1/2 in bigger than my left. I have noticed the gap closing slowly because I try to push out a rep or two more with my left to try to build it up. IP: Logged |

If you're right handed your left bicep is bigger because you use your right arm more often so it has become accustom to the work, therefore you must work it harder to hypertrophy. IP: Logged |

i have the same problem. i know do all bicep movements with dumbbells to try and correct the problem. if doing curls i begin with my left arm first got to failure and do no more on my right then i can with my left. IP: Logged |
