well, i'm a newbie still. this is a great board, lots of knowledgeable bros. but i also think that the flame is a valuable tool. some people are a little more stubborn than most. a good flame can get the POINT across. the rules arent hard to follow and the rest is common sense. i just want to thank all the bros for their knowledge and experience. ------------------ IP: Logged |

May be new here & pumped iron for 15yrs & played around with alot of different things. Compete on an novice level just haven't gotten my body to break over the point I need so I'm always looking for some help from people that may know what there doing. YO! I'm from Yugoslavia, and new moonface on the board. You know I'm really enjoying in exchanging thoughts and experience with the people with the same drive in life. I also really feel for you all who have to break the law to make your dreams come true. Here, in Yugoslavia, the asshole of the world, you can buy gear where ever you want. In pharmacies, on the streets, and people even ads in newspaper selling their stuff. And it's so fuckin' cheap. Than again, we are so fuckin' poor, so it's good thing that the gears is cheap. I will admit that I am fairly new over hear. I was at Anabolex for over a year. Flex Davis was and still is the most respected board monitor I have ever seen. That board was flooded by new people and it turned into a flame board. Every post was calling someone names or ridiculing(sp) someone, so I left. This board is great and so are the monitors. Please dont let it become what anabolex did. Stop the flames and source posting!!!!!! IP: Logged |

Thank you everyone! But you deserve all the credit because you make this site great. As I learned in Elementary School "Make new friends, but keep the old..."
