This is something I've been forgetting to ask. I have recently finished a cycle and made significant strength and size gains. However, my arms have been fucking throbbing lately. It feels like I have a constant case of tennis elbow from the shoulders to the wrists.

Is this due to the quick gains? Anyone else have this problem? Treatment?

I am assuming that I have developed either bursitis, or tendonitis. Looking for some others in this boat. Let me know,
Thanks,
SDW

i've found that ice does wonders for tendonitis type stuff.
bags of frozen peas can be molded to fit around your wrist and shoulder.

light stretching and range of motion exercises also, this gets the circulation working for you.

do nothing that irritates it (IE "work through" the bench pain)

anti-inflamitories as well.

Yeah, its the strength gains. Your tendons are WAAAAAAYYYY slower to gain strength than your muscles are, so as your strength rockets up, you put a lot of stress on your tendons. Just go easy and ice 'em....
