I will be starting my first cycle of sus and deca next week and have a question. Due to work I end up doing alot of cardio, about 5 hrs. per day. Besides upping the carbs and drinking plenty of water is there any other ideas? TIA

If you do that much cardio...... you will just have to eat more. If your body is deficient of nutrients you will not grow much. You will need to figure out about how
many calories you burn per day and adjust you
eating accordingly. In order to grow you must
eat more than you burn.

Good luck.

Hey bro - I used to work at UPS for 3-5 hours per day. I got stuck at 180lbs for a couple of years. There are only a few things you can do:

1 - rest every free moment you have. This will be the best chance you have to recover from the extra work. You may have to sacrifice some personal time.

2 - overeat. I ate as much as 8000 cal per day when I worked for UPS. I kept a jug of water and a Mass Exelerator with me at all times. After work I ate until I slept.

3 - Time your workouts when you are the most rested. I try to plan my workout, so when Im done, all that is left for the day is to eat and sleep.

Good luck bro - Ive been there.

Gearseaker's right. Eat like there's no tomorrow. Never be more than an arm's length from food.
