It is my understanding that EQ does not retain water. However would it hold true that it helps shed water also since it makes you so vascular when your on it. I am finishing up with 750 mgs/week of Omna and am going to continue to take the EQ. I am already starting to see veins. I plan to take it 4 more weeks. Will I still see quality gains and get more vascular.
