![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey guys, I'm currently trying to lose all of my blubber. I'm on clen, thimucase and just started to take 200mg of primo a week. As you can tell I'm a newbie. But training wise I am doing 30 min a day cardio in order to firm up for the summer. After I workout and do my cardio I like to hit the sauna, is that a bad move? Why or why not? I hope some of you guys can help me out. Thanks. OneDay IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you have blubber you'll need more than 30min of cardio man... Saunas are "supposed" to give you a GH boost but I just sweat my ass off. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well, I was exagerating when I said blubber. BUt will the sauna decrease my muscle gains?, increase fat loss along with the clen and thimucase? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The sauna is a great help man! My friend who is a personal trainer showed me a lot of research explaining this. The only thing is that it shouldnt be extremely hot.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Saunas are nice. But when all is said and done, it gets down caloric expendature. If you take in more calories than you use you "lose". Your dieting and gear strategies are what determine if its muscle or fat lost. If you are using gear you get a lot more leeway dieting, since the gear helps preserve muscle mass. Id say go for it on the sauna, I think it helps, but if nothing else its relaxing... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The sauna wont make you lose muscle. It will make you sweat, which means your losing water (not fat), which should be replaced during and after your time in the sauna, 16oz for every lb. lost. It is a cleansing experience in my opinion both to the mind and body. I also believe it speeds recovery and reduces stress. Wont make you huge or ripped though by itself. ------------------ IP: Logged |
