![]() ![]() ![]() Im looking to your better judgement on this issue. I seem to have a alot of dense muscle in that area. Equal to that of the glut. Why has it never been proposed to inject into hamstring? ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would say it would be like any other muscular injection. Except maybe a little more sensitive. I think for myself it would hurt more in my hamstring. But I'm kinda of a whimp anyway. My wife is very helpful when it comes to that. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't understand why people want to get creative with thier injections. There are 2 glute, 2 delt, and actually there are 4 leg injections. (2 in the quad, and 2 in the side of the leg). These are the injection sites that the medical field commonly use for injections. Small amount of blood vessels and nerve tissue.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree, I was injecting 1cc eod for 9 weeks, & still only used my glutes, alternating cheeks & spots.....I felt it was the best injection site, with the most room for absorbtion----9 weeks, and no problems, no abcesses, nothing. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sure go ahead and inject your hamstring, that is if you want to take a chance of hitting the largest nerve in your body, not to mention the major artery and blood vessel that lie in the same area. There are reasons why people in the medical field have to take anatomy and classes on giving injections. You are not just handed a syringe and told to "pick a spot". I would recommend to everyone, get a good anatomy book and look at the layout of the major nerves, arteries and blood vessels before you start shoving PINS into yourself. It will take just a few minutes and save you from some serious pain and problems. Next someone will be asking, "can I inject into my trap?" Sorry to get on a soapbox, but geez... This is your body your fucking with IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree with buffet. The hamstrings contain the sciatic nerve. Anyone who has pinched this nerve with lower back problems know this isnt something to play with. I also agree with getting a damn anatomy book with good diagrams/pictures so you have some idea of what your poking into. Im a little gonzo with site injecting, but I like to think Im careful about my craziness. IP: Logged |
