![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Summer diet is here and I have cut way back on my carbs, especially high glycemic. My question to you would be for your opinion or suggestion on how many carbs I should be intaking daily. Here are my stats. Trying to lose weight, 8lbs. and maintain or gain muscle. Currently weigh 210 with 8% b.fat I consume about 3000 cals a day I would guess. I know it's a tough question as there is so much involved and specific things to the individual. Under 100 carb grams low glycemic good goal to aim for or should I go 50? This would be almost every day for 2/3 months Also I have started to take the ephedrine caffeine stack (ripped fuel), not much. I take it for its appetite reducing tendencies and energy filled workout. Good for burning fat? Not as good as Clenbuterol right? Thanks Jon IP: Logged |
