Ok since in 18 and have decided not to juice it i need another growth supp. I was on cell tech before lot of water rentntion. Should i just get creatine mono or someone said somehting before about a creatine stack that had like glutamine in it which sounded pretty interesting so any one have any advise or names of products? thanks.

creatine monohydrate, 20gms a day the whole way through, take it with a 50/50 mix of grapefruit juice and grape juice, make sure to get real juice not the fake shit. Just get the gnc creatine. Pro performance shit, it's good, it's what i use. I get a good price on it.

Hey "S" and E2, I read this book titled "Creatine, Natures Muscle Builder" by Ray Sahelian and Dave Tuttle. and it says taking 20mg of creatine a day is a waste of creatine and money.
After the loading phase you should only need about 5 -10 mg depneding on how much you weigh.
What are your thoughts E2?

I have heard many different theories on this...My bodyweight never goes below 230 and I feel I get good results if I load with 30g a day for a week....then I back off to 10g a day the rest of the way....this is what works for me...I guess it's like anything else in the world...It's an individual thing....The 2 above posts are good info, but you need to experiment and find what works best for you. GNC does make a quality product btw.

I never even load, just three Tspoons a day
and money in my pocket.

Always use half of what the manufactures suggest.Then work your way up if it doesn't
work.
