Should i just get creatine mono or someone said somehting before about a creatine stack that had like glutamine in it which sounded pretty interesting so any one have any advise or names of products? thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey "S" and E2, I read this book titled "Creatine, Natures Muscle Builder" by Ray Sahelian and Dave Tuttle. and it says taking 20mg of creatine a day is a waste of creatine and money. After the loading phase you should only need about 5 -10 mg depneding on how much you weigh. What are your thoughts E2? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have heard many different theories on this...My bodyweight never goes below 230 and I feel I get good results if I load with 30g a day for a week....then I back off to 10g a day the rest of the way....this is what works for me...I guess it's like anything else in the world...It's an individual thing....The 2 above posts are good info, but you need to experiment and find what works best for you.
