Ok I have really cut down my fat in my diet. I am on a high protein low carb diet. Does that account for my slight loss of power? Should I add more carbs?

by the way, this is before i started my cycle, I just started so shouldnt feel the power from that quite yet. Do you guys have periods where you are a little weaker than usual? I used to eat anything, and i think that had some good effect on my power!

Definite loss of strength when you drop the carbs, unless you are JUICIN then you can maintain, so if you aren't start now!!!!

Sad but true bear. Lack of carbs=lack of energy and power.

Carbs have everything to do with how you look and feel. They increase glycogen stores in your muscles, making them fuller. And of course...low carbs.....no energy.
