Ok I have really cut down my fat in my diet. I am on a high protein low carb diet. Does that account for my slight loss of power? Should I add more carbs? IP: Logged |

by the way, this is before i started my cycle, I just started so shouldnt feel the power from that quite yet. Do you guys have periods where you are a little weaker than usual? I used to eat anything, and i think that had some good effect on my power! IP: Logged |

Definite loss of strength when you drop the carbs, unless you are JUICIN then you can maintain, so if you aren't start now!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Carbs have everything to do with how you look and feel. They increase glycogen stores in your muscles, making them fuller. And of course...low carbs.....no energy. delts ------------------ IP: Logged |
