if someone is born an ectomorph and they have poor genitic ability to build muscle is their any type of steroid that can turn them into a mesomorph? or is this a retarded question?

G.h unlike many anabolic steroids can cause your body to indiscriminatly grow like your hands, jaw, organs among others i am not suggesting this because it's not a novice drug. Plus the fact that it's expensive ranging anywhere from 600 to 800 dollars.Much like insulin g.h must be kept cool. Obviosly the typical blackmarket supplier is not able or inclined to handle the drug properly untill the user recieves it.

yeah but dont you think what makes a mesomorph is the ability for their body to synthisis protein into their muscles easyier then other body types? do you think body type is based more on bone structer? or the ability to build muscle naturaly, and dont you think a few good cycles could transform an ectomorph? or am i just screwed

It is genetics plain and simple...drugs will temporarily alter your appearance, but will not and cannot change your DNA. Just eat and eat and eat, and lift heavy...when you hit a wall, do a bulking cycle or two...if you want size you'll need to get a hold of a good nutritional program...and rememebr as Greg Kovacs says...It's better to miss a workout than a meal...

Another note on bone structure...I have seen people with huge frames who don't own an ounce of muscle...on the contrary muscles look better on small joints...Sergio Oliva was obviously a mesomorph and he was noted for having small joints. Bone structure has little to do with a body's muscle.

Bro..alot of ectomorphs build impressive physiques...You'll never look like Greg Kovacs...but who the hell would want to? Look at it this way..you can eat tons of the foods you love, and neevr have to worry about putting on too much fat while bulking, you won't have to cut carbs and get weak as piss when you diet, and great abs will be easy as shit for you to get....so cheer up!

you're just a kid....alot of guys don't fill out until well into their 20's....See a nutritionist...find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight, then exceed that every day and the lbs will come...it will take alot of eating,, but if you do it the right way, you'll get results. If you do roids now, your body will stop maturing and you'll never be bigger than you are naturally...

Hey, nailing a body type is not that easy.

In actuality we all exhibit signs from the 3 types. Its just that there is more prevelance from some types as compared to others..so if in fact your exhibit more off the ectomorphic traits..it does not mean that with big eating..and big weight you cannot put on some quality mass..

Later,
WCP

It's true - it's not always easy to tell your body type... what seems like ectomorph can be a mesomorphic type if you alter diet, do less cardio, age, etc.

I was always skinny due to a lot of endurance sports in high school. I assumed I had a skinny "body type." Not so. Pictures from the time proved it - thick neck and chest, even if skinny overall. But at the time I had no idea I could ever be anything more than 140-145 lbs. (currently at 182).

So my advice to you is to learn diet, learn to train hard but relatively infrequently until you learn how much volume your body can tolerate, focus on squat, shoulder press, pullup, bench, rows, etc. and don't spend the whole time working on your abs and biceps.

Cut back on the running, and all that.

You can go up 10-15 pounds fast if you do it right, and then you can pack on probably another 15 lbs. over time with the right strategy and all natural.

I'd say, go for the first natural 15, and then consider steroids for another good 15.

I don't care who you are, if you don't know how to keep weight on thru diet and rest you're never going to gain an ounce if you are like all these guys who spend 6 hours playing basketball or jogging after your weight training.

Some of the skinny guys I see training legs are their own worst enemy. Too much weight on the bar, no form. Just hurting themselves.

These same guys will train calves as if this is a way to gain weight. Calves should be trained, but I've seen very skinny guys squat poorly for a few reps and then do 100 reps with the same weight for a calf raise, thus making any more sets of squats "out of the question."

Basically, in 95% of cases, guys who claim they can't gain weight don't take in enough calories, and don't train right... or train just too darn much.

If you are born an ectomorph you will always be one. That does not mean that you cannot improve though.

when an ectomorph puts on lots of lean mass, it looks better than when a mesomorph puts on lots of lean mass. just my opinion. so look on the bright side.

yeah but you can allways tell a real ectomorph because of the long underdeveloped arms and legs. i have to work about 10 times as hard as the rest of you guys to gain just a little mass. thats the curse god puts puts on some people. like you turn on tv, you will hardly ever see anyone with an ectomorphic body type. because its not socially acceptably to look that way

what do you mean (not socially acceptable)look at the youngest Wayans Bro. Shawn or whatever. I graduated highschool at 6'3 and 150lbs, a fucking toothpick. I was able to train naturally up to 175 lbs now I am currently 222. my legs are still too small and my calves are pathetic, a full inch smaller than my arms. from the time i started thinking about juice it was 3 years before i got any. it is possible. dont worry about all those naturally and notsonaturaly big fuckers in the gym. The only person you should be competing with is you. stick with it.

glenbenton your absurd - not socially acceptable...if your not accepted socially maybe its because you think your not. Just eat good and alot. I am an ectomorph also and its not bad, some of my friends put on weight looking at food, they have to do cardio all the time whether cutting or not just to maintain a decent semi non-fat physique...They would kill you to have your body type - so they can eat their Double Bacon cheesburgers w/o putting on any fat.

the grass is always greener...

ok i guess what i said was a little over the top. but still it sucks being really skinny when youre growing up. you get fucked with by many people, and theirs not much you could do to defend your self when youre not as strong as everyone else. i started highschool at 5 foot 7 95 pounds so i know what im talking about
