Experianced Users Please Help by answering these questions... What is the best diet to go on? Would it work ok if I lower my cals less than 1800 @ 600mg a day? How do I get rid of all the water I retained? Whats the best doseing? Is it better to take 200mg 3 times a day or all at once. Do you need to lower your calories when on it? On the off week cycle should I do aerobics and calorie restrict. Should I eat carbs before I go to sleep on dnp? Overall what do I need to do to get the best results from using this chemical. Bro, I wouldn't do 600mg/week. MAYBE build up to that for a day or two, but start at 2mg/kg of bodyweight. That's about 300mg/day for a 200lb man. Be careful man, and don't skimp on the carbs, it feeds on carbs like T3 feeds on protein. ...bd IP: Logged |

Around 185-190 @13-14%bf 6'. I took 400mg for 5 days didn't notice many side effects other than sweat and sleepiness. I upped to 600mg, 200mg after I workout, 200mg at dinner, and 200mg 30 min prior to bed(1 hour after my oatmeal mixed with pro). This is the only time I felt the problems stated in Danarchy. 3am I woke up sweating as I was in the Amazon. I exercised for 2 hours, a 90 min weight wokout high reps, 35min cardio. I didn't notice huge results I lost about 3-5 lbs. I think I might have been my diet. I think is was to many calories. I ate 2000-2500 isometeric diet 6 meals around 350-500 cals each. I think that was to much fat and not enough carbs but Duchaine stated this was the way to go. I plan to start back up on either on sat or sun and low the cals to 1700-1800. I am thinking about cycling this weekly with Adipo and Cytomel or do you think DNP is enough to cut me up by the middle of july? I want to be around 6-8%bf and 175 lbs because I look so much better lean. Exactly what kind of diet should I go on to get the best results? Durring the week off should I still take all the vitamins and glycerol and the same diet? It seems like I can handdle DNP better than stimulants. I'd rather have flu like symtoms than a meth high. This suff isnt addicting like clen and ephedrine. IP: Logged |

On my first cycle, I went on a low carb, low calorie diet as well as 300mg of DNP, on day four or five, my temp went back down to normal, and I supplemented with T-3. That was a mistake, in retrospect as I lost muscle during that period (BF test withstanding) Second cycle, I ate maintnence calories, and made sure every meal had some carbs. I sweated my ass off, had more energy, and lost more weight from fat than the first. 1. Lay off the T-3, unless you're taking some sort of AS as well. but as far as dieting goes, DNP was like magic. My energy plummeted by the fourth day, but my strength stayed pretty close, and the SUFFERING/RESULTS ratio was excellent. ------------------ "tank tops are for medium sized guys..." IP: Logged |

I may sound like Animal's head advertiser but he has a manual with a program for "Feeling good at 600mg" with sup recommendations, diet, all that shit. It's worth it and you should check it out IP: Logged |

yo OZZY and BIGCAT, did you guy's find a big difference when you upped your doses? I did my first and second cycles @ 400mg. every 24 hours. not much sweating at all. my third through sixth cycles I was @ 500mg. every 24 hours, more sweating then before but still not that much! certainly NOT shirt soaking. all in all I have averaged 1-2 pounds of fat per cycle and didn't notice more weight lost with the higher dose. next week I am starting a 600mg./24hr. cycle and want to see if maybe that will get me burning more fat!
