Just curious, but has anyone been caught in the act accepting stuff through the mail. What is the penalty for possession or trafficing of steroids? Ticket, jail time, death by sust injection

As long as you arent accepting a large amount youll just get fines. I got busted when I sent money by FedEx and the DOJ-DEA parcel inspection team flagged my package and opened it. It was $1000.00 in an envelope in a Flex magazine. I ended up forfeiting the money, but they didnt have any hard evidence against me, so they couldnt do much else. I could have filed a writ to have the money returned to me, but my lawyer said that they might get pissed off about it and keep investigating me to try and even the score since I fucked them. He advised me to just kiss the money goodbye to avoid further problems.
They tried to say it was enough money to warrant it a "dealers" amount, but again, they had NOTHING to go on.
Actually, though, Im not a source and I can use $1000.00 worth of gear myself sometimes... so screw them!!!

a.s are considered schedule III controlled substances....in otherwords, they are considered to be in the same class as codeine, some barbituates, & some of the lesser potent amphetamines....get this...the gvt' decided to stick them together with those other drugs because they are considered to be a substance that "possesses major psychoactive properties & have significant abuse potential" what a bunch of BS.....the law says the penalties for dealing is 5 years jailtime, 15,000.00 fine, and 2 years probation....thats the max for a first time offense....possession carries the same fines & punishment-however, if it is your first offense, chances are you wont get anywhere near that....I have read up on this numerous times & many sources say the same thing....if you get caught purchasing, as long as its not so much that it looks like you have the intent to distribute it, you will most likely escape with fines & probation....not trying to scare anyone-just inform them.

lordblazetrip....you would be suprised in how many law enforcement personnel juice...I think the only reason that they bust people is because they get ripped off by some dumb asshole that molds viagra then sells it as gear!!!!! if it wasn't for the people that keep doing that... we would be alright. I've seen officers at the gym, and some of them have gyno so bad they have to be juicin, or they are eating 400,000 tabs of dhea a day.

Hey Lord, your logic is all skewed, ever heard of going to the library and picking up a copy of the United States Code, (I did it cause I really wanted to know what were the penalties). Anyone can do it and its free, and in one or two short sentences you'll get all the info the fitnesschick has.
Could be she's a lawyer, it does take a little bit of skill to find the info, but very few lawyers are in "law enforcement".

yeah i could do that. . but the info i have on penalties of possession and distribution differz from what fitnesschick stated . . the library is a wonderful place if u have the time and patience to go, as for fitnesschick being into any kind of legal council, i doubt it. "itz" good at quoting juice bookz and magazine articlez written by juice headz, and as many non-sheep know, sauce doesnt make your brain any bigger or anymore powerful. .

Well there are numerous ways someone would have information on the penalties regarding Controlled substances. For instance, when a physician applies for a DEA lis. They must take a state exam which covers all the laws reguarding controlled substances. You don't have to be in law enforcement to know the information.

Lordblaze, the last time I checked customs was a part of the federal gov't. The laws in each state might be different for being caught with juice, but ordering it from foreign sources or across state lines is a federal offense. Laws regarding steroids are enacted by congress, regulated by the FDA, and enforced by US customs.

Heh heh, you gotta have a sense of humor. Ive been in the game for a long time, and seen almost all of it. The feds are here, and always have been, but all you can do is try and stay safe. Nothing that we talk about is illegal, we are still protected by our constitutional rights, and in the end you merely need to say that it is a "theoretical" discussion. I was busted by the DEA, and had the DOJ involved, but they didnt prosecute, because I had my affairs in order and there was no dirt to pin on me(Im not a dealer, though, so that helps). They really arent looking for the user, though, they want the dealers, and not the small timer either. They want the guy crossing the border...
But either way, Ive been through the paranoia on one of the private boards Im a member of, and in the end it just leads to chaos.
Personally, I just think youre well informed, not a Fed. Ive never seen you do anything that would incriminate anyone else in anything, but regardless, I hope we dont give in to the hysteria here and go nuts over Feds being board members.
Sorry to get "wordy" but I need to add that some of the Feds on the boards might be here for info for their own use! In the city I live, most of the cops are using gear. How do I know??? Well, my friends cousin is one, and he told his cousin about me. I ended up helping his cousin with his cycle, and then started fielding questions from his cop buddies. (*NOTE* I never use gear on myself with them around and keep myself and my gear far, far away, so even if it was a sting, all Ive done is distribute good advice.)
One guy got gyno off of sten in the past (a real small amount), but I walked him through a heavy cycle of sust and dbol and he never had so much as a twinge of a flare up to the gyno. (Its got me out of a couple traffic tickets...)

I won't talk about my case but i'll say that the package was from thailand...and it had a chip in it so when i opened the envelope you have less than 30 seconds to hide. I think it's one of those light sensors which detect if you open the envelope. That's all i'll say...and yes never order from thailand
