I have some of this Antiabotic and I've heard it will help clear up some acne from my cycle. I got in on sholders and back. Will this take away from any gains from the AS cycle? IP: Logged |

Augmentin 875 is used for acne by some physicians. It will not affect your gains, but it will play hell on your stomach and watch those liver enzymes carefully if you are taking it at the same time with AS. You may want to consider something topical to get rid of the acne instead of pounding on your liver. IP: Logged |

I would not recommend taking Augmentin on a cycle! I have sinus problems and the doc always used to prescribe that shit to me and it would beat the hell out of my insides. I would have the shits so bad... when I went on 875mg tabs of augmentin, I lost like 10lbs in 2 weeks from shitting so much. It sucks... don't take it for acne. Get Accutane or Retin-A or something. From what I have read and from personal exp. oral antibiotics are anti anabolic, use some clearasil and go tanning eod, my .02 ------------------ IP: Logged |

Augmentin does not affect protein synthesis, it is a cell membrane specific antibiotic. The only possible problem would be any diarrhea that could occur. IP: Logged |

Augmentin is Omoxicillan (SP?). From MY experience it is very weak antibiotic and will not clear up acne! Tetracycline is the best for acne in my experience, but everybody is different. IP: Logged |
