I have read all possible material on this subject, but it is better to hear from people with experience. While on anabolics can you overtrain? Share some of your experinces. Any suggestions. IP: Logged |

You can overtrain even on gear. I think I'm there but just slightly if you read my thread "Anyone have an off day while on cycle." Only one person answered - Thank You, so I guess it doesn't happen too often. IP: Logged |

Basically, overtraining will limit muscle growth. You'll get harder stronger muscles overtime, but you wont grow that much. Your muscles need time to recuperate. I know I am overtraining when I cant do half the weight that I started with. You just know when you are out of gas. If you cant tell, do 3-5 exercises per each musclegroup, with 3-4 sets on each, with 6-12 repetitions. For larger musclegroups like the back, more various exersices are needed to work all the different musle fibers. I hope you understand. So to answere your question, its not good to overtrain all the time. I do it once in a while though to shock the muscles a bit.

You can overtrain very easily if you schedule for lifting is bad. However if you give each muscle group enough time to rest, you can workout every day and still be fine. IP: Logged |

Overtraining on gear can most definately happen. The whole point to overtraining is when your working the muscle more than what it can neurologically can handle. Although yes, your strength is more when on roids and you can withstand more training, but it doesn't make you a super human to AVOID overtraining. It just means you can do a bit more than usual, but over do it and ultimately you end up in the overtraining catagory with or with out roids. Blast the muscles but don't injure them. My 2 cents ------------------ IP: Logged |
