Hi all. Hope this hasn't been covered before. I was wondering what age windows were best for juicers? I'm 30 and been lifting for about 10 years. I'm sure I'm in the window, but about what age is the youngest, and about what age should one stop? I've not been able to find much information about this in anabolic profiles. Is it a matter of the substance in question ? (ie. should you consider your age when choosing a substance?) or your experience? Looking forward to a first cycle, but unsure (due to almost no experience) what's best for my age/experience group and whether or not that's a factor. Thanks for any help (or pointing me someplace that can...) ------------------ IP: Logged |

fuck that bench, 24 is the age that one can start juiceing. Tell me what you want to achieve Iceman, I'll recomend a good cycle. Do you want to bulk up or cut fat or get strong etc.?

It seems to me you're in the prime range for a good, solid cycle. I'm 42. Just finishing my cycle. Wish I'd started 20 years ago. ------------------ IP: Logged |

ask 100 peolpe and you'll probably get 100 different answers. I'd say somewhere in the early -mid 20's is a safe starting point. As far as upper limits, I know guys that are in their 50's and still shootin strong, however I am unsure of the effects at this age. IP: Logged |

I agree with Thick dog. Mid twenties is a good age. IP: Logged |

Your haven't done juice yet so that means your receptors are virgin and ready to recieve the wonderfull goodness you are about to give them. Heres a cycle for you. week----Sustenon----deca----d-bol I know that some bros might say that you dont need to taper the sust but if he cant find sust, he could use enanthate or cyp the same way. <<<<<<<<<<EAT SLEEP LIFT>>>>>>>>>>> [This message has been edited by RaverDude (edited June 12, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Raverdude- Those are some crazy numbers. 600, 400, 200mgs of sust?? How do you get that from 250mg amps? D. IP: Logged |

If you are using 250mg amps, use 3 amps which changes the 600 to 750, the 400 to 2 amps which changes the 400 to 500, and the 200 to 1 amp which changes the 200 to 250. I know this is a lot for you newbies but dont forget, this is a hardcore bodybuilding site. <<<<<<<<EAT SLEEP LIFT>>>>>>>>> IP: Logged |

Upper age limit? The older you are the more you need it. The undertaker will be flushing out my last cycle - but I'll look big in that casket. IP: Logged |

Let me tell you, you are all wrong - there is no age limit on when to take gear, it depends on one thing only: It is how physically and mentally mature the person is, some 18yr olds are physically and mentally mature men because some just mature faster than others, while you can get guys in their 20's who haven't even started shaving yet and still live with their mom. This is my opinion and if you think about it, you know it's true... ============================================================= IP: Logged |

you seem like a good candidate for a cycle... you have a good solid base lifting experience behind you, and at 30 you are in your muscle building prime.... IP: Logged |
