I was told that a good cycle for a beginner would be dianabol only, using this schedule.

5 x 1 week
4 x 2 week
3 x 3 week
2 x 4 week
1 x 5 week

The guy told me he's never had problems w/ gyno and he said as long as I taper off I shouldn't worry too much about losing gains or experiencing side effects such as gyno. He recommended 40grams protein every 2 hours during the cycle and alot of water.

don't start till you get clomid, if you want to keep your gains. I'd strongly encourage an injectable to stack with it, be it test, deca, or Eq.

I asked him about clomid, he said he can get it, but he said that as long as I workout hard after the cycle all my gains should stick, or most of them. He said to cut back on carbs, that it would make me retain more water. Does that make sense?

To clear it up..

its 5 dbol tabs a day for the first week
then 4...
etc.. for 5 weeks

I would also suggest the clomid. And yes it would be beneficial to stack it with a test.
Your protein is good. Carbs and fat are also
important. You must eat very good. Decrease
you sodium a little to lessen water retention. And drink lots..... lots of water.

You probably won't need the clomid until
the last 2 weeks of your cycle. I would stack it also, but if you only have d-bol, you'll still make some good gains.

its' a little hard to say without knowing your weight n age but id say it safe to say u dont need to worry about gyno...... theres barly any test in your cycle.... if u ask me its a waste of time n money .... i'd go with 5 d-bol/day definnitly get some test in there say 300-400mg/week

Im about 6'2, 190lbs. Been working out about 1 year. body fat % is around 12.
