I have been doing my cycle oc test/ deca and making gains for past 8 weeks but now strength gains are starting to slow. Like I went in to deadlift today and did just as many reps as last week but was stonger at the leg extention. I put a higher value on deadlifts cuz they are compound movements. I expected to do better every week on every exercise but here lately it is more the exception than the norm. Anybody have a bad day while on AS and wonder why? IP: Logged |

I experience "off" days when on a cycle and off. A lot of things can contribute for me........insufficient diet, not enough rest, or lack of mental focus. On those days I just do my best to stay "in the zone" and work on correcting my problems outside of the gym. Things always return to normal IP: Logged |

I know this violates all instincts of a true iron brother, but when i really just feel like shit, I'll maybe try to do some abs or something, or maybe take a rest day, (not a cheat day with your diet though)...listen to your body, if you're tired , chances are you need rest...your body knows what it needs, bro1 marauder out. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I had the same thing happen on occasion while on my cycle....it could be atttributed to several things...lack of suffecient calories, protein, rest, or motivation or focus.....training at adifferent time then usual, or due to the fact that your body is lifting more & growing more due to as use, you are pushing 200% all the time.....you could be a little overtrained, even though you are on sauce & are recovering quicker... I once read a pro took a week off completely during each cycle to allow his body time to recover, rest & grow, he said it did him wonders....something to think about. IP: Logged |

Sure...everyone has bad days. Juice is added asistance, but it still doesn't make you super human. As long as the bad days don't outnumber the good ones there is nothing to worry about. IP: Logged |

I have them also, depends on how much rest I have had, how I feel, but usually the next time I go in I feel great and workout hard as hell. If this is your first cycle then wait till you crash then you really feel like hell. IP: Logged |
