I hit myself with 500mg sus. friday and I can still barely walk today. the last two weren't this bad. damn... I can't even sit comfortably... does anyone else get as sore as me.. the pain I go through to look good!!! IP: Logged |

Same as my first shot, hurt like hell for 2 days. Could not sit. Just don't push it in so fast, or do 2 1cc shots. I do 2 shots, does not hurt much at all the next day. Make sure to rub it for a couple of minuets after you shoot too, helps alot. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I have not used any sust...... yet. But I hear that it is commen to get this sore. Massagge and hot bath may give you some comfort. Good luck. IP: Logged |

The propionate in the susta's is the culprit. It is good to mix a susta in the sam pin as either deca or Eq, if you are using them. IP: Logged |

I would have mixed my sus. with deca if I hadn't found out that the shit was fake... thats another problem... my last shot didn't hurt this much though... this one really hurt like a bitch, but no redness or anything like that... I rubbed the site for about 10 minutes after I injected too... IP: Logged |

It sounds like you may have hit a nerve during the injection. I had this happen once and experienced more pain in the days following the injection than I typically would. It went away after 4-5 days. IP: Logged |
