Man what happened to your face. Next time use some sun screen. LOL Or is that a reaction to using gear and minimal exposure to sun light? The shorts are just fine. Ignore everybody else. IP: Logged |

Good foundation to work with. Arms and shoulders are good. Need to bring chest up a little, start benching and inclining heavy. IP: Logged |

Will this be your 1st cycle??? If so whats your B/F when this pic was taken? Also what size are your arms. I ask cuz my friends accuse me of having muscle dysmorphia or bigarexia, muscle dysmorphia is the opposite of anorexia nervosa. People with this disorder obsess about being small and undeveloped. They worry that they are too little even if they have good muscle mass. I dont think I do. Any way. Im 5 8 1/2 @ 185. Im train natuarl and I figure if I can get to about your size naturaly then Ill be good to go. Thanx IP: Logged |

I am not sure what the BF% is, i've done a couple of cycles in the past, not worth talking aboutm, i was much to uninformed about the whole deal. I knew very little, stupid and young. And yes i think i am too small, it drives me crazy, i have been told that i have that disorder many times. Ty IP: Logged |

everything looks cool, only thing i'd say is maybe more mass on your forearms. also your left looks smaller than your right, maybe some slow concentrated dumbell wrist curls. IP: Logged |

More mass on the forearms, what the F**K? Never be satisfied with any of your bodyparts. Many say to themselves if I could just hit 200 I will be satisfied, well when 200 comes around your going to want to hit 220 etc etc. You need to work on everything. Next time show your legs. That forearm bulls**t will come in time, dont place much emphasis on that. IP: Logged |

@#$% you havoc, obviously he wants more mass everywhere. everyone does. but if he is not doing any forearm excercises, he can add a couple in and not be wasting too much time. it only takes an extra five minutes . IP: Logged |

whoa...too much monday morning test left over from the weekend...we are all here because we are looking to better ourselves...we may set goals, but once they are attained we set new ones....so we are constantly looking to better ourselves....its a neverending battle....once you start training & growing & changing we become our own worst critic... we are constantly looking to improve something, no matter how good the overall picture may look to others.... I agree totally with FITNESSCHICK. We all suffer from the same disorder. I am told that I have an amazing body from others but do not feel that way at all. I always feel small and am always looking for something to improve. Even if I had the ultimate body I would still not be satisfied because I am always looking for something to improve. You never feel totally satisfied and probably never will. IP: Logged |

Hercules, I know what you mean, people ask me if I compete, hahahahahahahaha!! Thats funny shit, it doesnt make me feel good at or better about myself. It pisses me off for some reason. Its like, I train for me, not for you to feel like you can walk up to me and ask questions. In my minds eye, Im not big enough. EQ IN THE WINTER BABY!! Bloatboy, you didnt post your arm size. I gotta agree that without legs I can't comment. When you walk down the street/beach or whatever you're a total package, not just an upper body. If I picture you in my mind with a matching set of legs, then you're looking good. Hope no-one here has put you off posting your end of cycle pics. IP: Logged |

Traps look really good..you appear to have a solid physique...If you are concerned with mass, your chest could be a little thicker...also, as far as proportion; a shot of your legs and abs would help everyone judge better. IP: Logged |

Thanks for all the comments guys, next time i will take a full body pic including the legs. I'm not to concerned about being ripped up, i'd rather be a bulky mass of muscle, hopefully my next cycle will put 20-25lbs on.As for the chest, i do see that it needs quite a bit of work, thanks again, Ty IP: Logged |
