![]() ![]() ![]() This is just out of curiosity, but does anyone know how much test the average guy produces a day or a week? I was just wondering how many times more test I have in my system while on sus. I know it's a hell of a lot higher than the average natural levels. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't know the numbers but I know your test levels is higher in the morning then in the night time. Which is why I am up at the crack of dawn at the gym. As far as the numbers. We got some nuclear scientists here that can give you the insight on it. It is diffrent in every person though, but you knew that. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Aahepp, you are correct in stating that one's natural test levels are highest in the morning, but you are forgetting one thing...so are you cortisol levels. This provides a bad ratio of hormones in the body. The best ratio of test/cortisol hormone levels is later in the afternoon, i believe around 3-6. Obviously, this is best to build lean muscle mass. However, if fat loss was your goal than you are correct to choose a morning workout. An a.m. workout on an empty stomach draws more from your fat stores and will continue to burn fat during the day more efficiently. Also, increased energy throughout the day is provided to some people as well. [This message has been edited by KingDbol (edited June 11, 2000).] IP: Logged |
