I was wondering if anyone out there knows if there are any suplements that will give gains close to roids. I'm looking for some good ones if there is any until I can find some one to get some roids from. I thought I had some one but they back out. I guess they were scared.

I'm 5'9" 185 lbs. and want to get to about 235-245 lbs. in about a year or two. Is this possible with just supplements?

Any advice would be helpful.

well have to say that nothing can even come close but creatine can add some weight but that is nothing that we dont know...

As for the weight gains i would say that it might be done but remember that that is over 40 pounds more than likely you will gain about 10 to 15 or so pounds on your first cycle.

Believe me----I have tried everything on the market-I have even worked for 2 suppplement co's as a promotional model....that = all the free supplements you want.....& nothing comes close to the gains you get from A.S.

Buddy, you have read to many articles in "Muscle & Fiction" magazine. The gains your looking to achieve may very well come to you with age, experience, and intelligence. Assuming you have the genetic potential. However, you wouldnt be on an anabolic board if you were willing to commit to 15 years of traing to achieve such results.

Therefore, the only reality is that Anabolic/Androgenic Steroids are the only means by which to circumvent the issue of time and achive such goals.

Thats the easy part, how much of those gains your able to maintain post use is where the science comes in.

I'm 29 and I know I don't have genetics on my side, so thanks for the info. I will spend my $on roids. Now all I have to do is find some and grow.

Dude why would you ever want to be 245 if your only 185. First off you probably won't even be able to do that on Anabolics but you definately can't do it with just supplements. I'm 6' 2" probably about 6% bodyfat and I weigh about 215. I have used every supplement in the world including prohormes, ECA, etc. I have done three cycles and lifted hard as hell for about two years. I started at about 180 lbs and I have worked my ass OFF. If you want your bodyfat levels to be at reasonable level that is absolutely impossible (in my opinion). Supplements will NOT help you gain 65 lbs of muscle only FOOD can do that. And if you do do it you'll probably have 40 lbs of fat to go with it. Set reasonable goals with your body now. Experiment with as many supps as possible until your body has reached it's absolute peak (And that means a perfect, min 3000-4000 calorie diet)and you still platue for 4-5 months. thne use the AS to push your body further than it was ever meant to go. Sorry to rain on your parade but no matter how committed you are I think goals like that are bound to depress you inevitably. I look almost perfect at 215 don't need much more muscle and I'm 6 2". Just an opinion.

Well I think you can do it naturally. I was 155 last summer, now I am 205 not too much fat either. i did that all naturally as well. You need to eat your ass off and hit the gym hard. I just started my first cycle though and plan to shoot up even more, while cutting down my fat. So research your stuff, evaluate your goals, and do whatever you want

Growth only comes from anabolic/androgenic acting hormones, whether they be administered or elevated by natural means.
All the training naturally wont see S**T
if it doesent raise your Gh and testosterone.
After a certain age you WILL NOT be able to produce as much of these and any gains will be significantly reduced. Doing more time in the gym also will eventually lead to overtraining and no gains. To break through your bodies "govener" at some point AS will be necessary unless you are comfortable with
lowering your goals and expectation. I took 5 years of natural and suppliments and made fair gains when young, but nothing compared to my first cycle. In 2 months i made more gains than in those 5 years and met my goals one after the other. If your at this point then go for the AS and dont waste time & $ on suppliments but rather on good diet.

one of my problems is that I don't like to eat. I do eat the normal meal and have been taken protien shake. Will I get the needed protein and other things that I need by eat 3-4 good meals loaded with proien & carbs and taking 4-5 protien shakes a day?

I'm greatful to all of the dudes that have given me advice. I live in a small hick town that all they think about is stupid shit, infact some of them don't know what roids are.

You will need to eat more often than 4 times.
Your body will not process the nutrients
very well if you try to eat 1500 calories
per meal three times a day you will get fat.
You need to spread those out too about 8 meals.

Hahaha, small hick town, lived in many bro. I lifted on and off my entire adult life. Here at age 35 I've never been stonger at my present weight of 210. I weighed 155 a few years ago this time. A few yearas before that I was 175 and strong. A few years ago I started taking creatine and at the time I was practically a vegetarian. Three things happened at once: Ate more, worked out more consistantly, and muscle memory. If i credited all my gains to creatine one could say creatine is like being on a light 8 week cycle of test/deca since i gained 20 solid pounds in two months. My point is don't look at just one variable like suppliments, but if it motivates you to be strong in other effective variables, a suppliment like creatine could match a short cycle of AS.

No a supplement like creatine could not match a short cycle of A.S. Oh yeah mightydog shrooms are not bodybuilding drugs either.

Human Growth Hormone and testosterone are excellent. If you are over 25 you can call a rejuvination clinic and they will prescribe it legally. Thats as close as you will get.

Anything you can buy that is legal in US or Canada is F*****G S**T ! Don't waste a penny on supp or anything like that if you want to get 15-20 lbs or more in less time ! Do like me, take your money, put it in your piggy bank and wait until you have enough to buy the real juice !

I don't understand how people can be for one or the other. Use both. Use anything! Hell I'd eat catshit if it packed on muscle and burned off fat.
