![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If one was to go on a strict Ketogenic diet for a week and use clen everyday (about 60/mg a day)during that week would one lose much muscle mass? How much cardio during the week would be safe? How much lifting? I would do this not on any AS. Should I just wait until my cycle (Of Primo) to do this or what? I was going to at the end of my Primo cycle but thought about trying one week keto/clen without AS. Any thoughts? Thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I wouldnt recomend using a keto diet without AS. its different for everybody though. i personaly loose more weight on a keto diet than regular, but without AS the muscle traidoff will probably be just as bad. clen will always help. your best bet to retain muscle through training would be less volume, short workouts with the heaviest weights you can handle at 3-4 reps. cardio is very hard durring a keto diet.
