Man lately when I do d-bell fly's the back of my shoulders hurt like hell when I am done!! Does anyone have any sugestions?? Or should I just stop doin then?? thanx bros!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

hey bro! is it a aching pain or a intense burning sensation? if it's a aching pain that restricts your movement then i say cut back, but if it's a intense burning sensation then i say power through it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Actually for alot of people flat DB flys are shoulder wreckers. Its all about muscle insertion and everyone is different. Try inclining the bench slightly and doing your flys there, or use the pec deck. I am assuming you are talking flat flys already correct? later, IP: Logged |
