Musclemag. Btw, did you know that muscletech products are 400 times more muscle-building than anabolic steroids? Its true man. Its what got Greg Kovaks his body.
Too much fucking advertising man especially about muscletech. Other than that, its got some hardcore stuff in it, somewhat.

The best ones as far as training and honset advice are Ironman and Muscular Development...the others are garbage filled with advertisements for shit supplements and pro hormones which don't work. IM and MD will honestly give programs which enhance athletic performance, and give good advice when drugs come up. Musclemag and Flex and others give stupid training advice that nobody could follow unless they wanted to put countless milligrams of drugs in their bodies. The diet advice is plain retarded...I am an athlete..If I followed Dorian Yates's or Rommie Coleman's diet, I wouldn't be able to move...These mags make money by getting uneducated neophytes to think that they'll magivally look like the guys in the pictures from a training program no different really than the ones they have used and a diet that will make you a fat slob without thousands of dollars worth of drugs....just my 2 cents.

Flex seems to be the most professional mag.
Lot's of Weider adds, but none that are
disguised as articles. They actually give
coverage to studies that relate to body-
building nutrition. And all of their
featured athletes are drug-free..snicker.
I read their workouts and the reason they
are so big is that they do ten times the
volume as everyone else

I look at Pump and MuscleMag for the AS
Q&A. Lots of good photos of gear, too. I'm
a little irritated by the graphic sexual
advice mixed in with Zulak's article. Same
with all the T & A features. Don't get me
wrong, I like looking at that, but I don't
want to leave that crap out on the coffee
table.

Ironman is a pretty balanced mag. I don't
like their pictures of more "natural looking"
athletes, but I do read quite few of the
articles on average. They have a few of
those product adds disguised as articles
and that just pisses me off royally.

I don't even pick up those "soft" muscle
magazines. No offense to anyone out there
but they seem kinda "posey" and homoerotic
to me. I guess I'm not secure enough in my
masculinity to be seen reading one of those
at the newsstand.
