Just wanted to say thanks to everybody here on the board for keeping it real. I am hours away from a show and this is the hardest I have ever been. I mean I am HARD!!! I was hard at 198 and sacrificed the extra 8 lbs of muscle to get striated asscheeks. I have been laying with my feet above my heart for three days and I am about sick of it. Just wanted to say thanks for all the support. I will let you guys know how I did later. I am so thirsty, by prejudging at noon time it will have been 33 hrs since I have had any water and I have been pissing non-stop and that is without a diuretic. I think I am on to something all- natural that really works!!!!!! IP: Logged |
