I quite 2 years ago. Just wondering how many
bros. are smoking? and if you smoke on gear,
i heard it speeds everything up in your system more when on the crank. That cant be to good for the heart.

I used to smoke a pack a day as well.
It took alot of will power for me to quite
the first few times, but after a while i
got sick of the yoyo effect and said fuck it.

I still smoke. I try to do it in moderation. Never had any problems.

did u guys know hat smoking gives the training 30 % less effective
well it does
+ smoking is dangerous! steroids is dangrous !
this is my oppinion

its called lifestyle !!

its 12 days a go i did my last smoke
ohh i did some cannabis but that doesnt count

last time i held away form cigaretts 2 months
this time it will be for ever

if ya have a problem quitting

get that fucking nicotin vaccine
and ya take the shot once a year

Hey I used to smoke about a pack a day and I quit when I went on a cycle of Deca and Sten, but I started dipping though. I still smoke one every now and then, and yes It does effect my workouts. I think hemp is worse than that cause every time I smokes the pot I notice a strenght loss.

I smoked a little off and on, more off these days. I quit because I found it hard to gain weight around smoking. Now that i mention it, many young women take up smoking to lose/keep weight off. It worked in a catabolic way for me.

I Casually smoke (about 6 smokes a week) but i cant gain weight like i used to , so there is an effect.

I cant lie, I used to always smoke half a pack a day, but now its usually about 1/3 a pack per day.

smoke 2-3 cigs a day. never had any problems. never had any shortness of breath during training.

ahh man comeon guys, we all gotta quit. We're supposed to be bodybuilders! I'm in the process of quitting myself. I had been tapering down slowly. Yesterday I was down to just 1 a day and after that I through my pack away. So I'll be tryin for zero a day and keep it that way. I figure atleast don't buy your own packs. If u're out clubbin or somethin and u've been drinkin and u feel like having a smoke then just bum one of one of your friends or somethin. That kind of stuff won't hurt you too much. Cuz it's like there's so much second hand smoke in nightclubs that if u have 1 cigarette it won't do much more. But obviously it's best to quit all together, I've tried a few times before but I've always failed. Hopefully i can do it this time

BOTTOM LINE...... QUIT THAT SHIT

I quit 3 months ago after a pack a day for 15 years. Cold Turkey

Isn't easier to not do something(like smoke) than it is to do something like bodybuilding that requires dedication, sacrifice and hard work?????????

I think seeing people go for a smoke as soon as they set foot outside the gym is funny. Don't see it too often though, mostly younger kids.
