Bro, how much do you weigh? Yes taking AS increases nitrogen retention, but unless you are 250lbs, 500grams is excessive. I'm 172 at 5'4 and I take between 250-300 which can be said as high, but right now I'm doing low carbs. In the winter, I normally weigh about 185 and hopefully this year will be up to 190,...if I can put together a killer cycle, but I'd cut the protein down to no more than 2x my body weight...no more than that. Also if I do too many protein from powder with bars, its the runs. So cut down and try to consume as much from solid food as you can. IP: Logged |

mostmuscular, I get the same problem. I'm sure it's from the protein. Try decreasing your protein and I bet that will help. I'm taking D-bol right now and the only thing a noticed was occassional stomach cramps if a take it on an empty stomach. IP: Logged |
