Congrats bro, 250 worked good for me the first time, I only did 250mg a week for 8 weeks and gained 18 pound, we all get diferent gains from gear, sus workes great for me, make sure to use clomid after the cycle, you should not have to worry about nolva at such a small dose, anyway congrats bro, give it a few weeks to kickin.

Hey Pedro don't take any offense but whats up with that crap. Where have you gleened your imperical evidence to say that one shot or a cycle will reduce the human life span? This is totally news to me. Damn I must have missed that article in JAMA or the NEJM.

Maybe its the same evidence that says that steroids don't cause production of myofibrils along with strands of actin and myosin.
