I injected in the quad with a 1.5" 22, It is sust and deca. I didn't extend my leg this time, forgot to. I let the pin go in until a little less than a half inch was still out. I have pretty big quads. Is it normal for it to be sore soon after, and then hurt to bend the leg. Maybe I injected too deep in the muscle? IP: Logged |

The sus is what is killing your leg. I usally shoot 3cc of EQ into my thigh with no problems... using 1" 22g. Shoot the sus into the glutes if you don't like the pain. Try to keep the muscle loose, so keep in straright with the knee locked. I sit at the edge of the bed and let my heel rest on the floor. IP: Logged |

well i cannot tell you from personal experience on the quad, but i injected into my glute, & sometimes it would get so sore i couldnt sit without pain....squatting hurt, leaning on things hurt....i always did it good, always did a drawback....but i was injecting e.o.d. with a waterbased a.s., which i heard hurts a hell of a lot more then an oil based a.s.
