![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just thought id lets some bros & sisters know where im at with this cycle so far: stack (mgs per wk): primo300 / Eq300 / win200 ROUTINE: Well i started this cycle at 180lbs and I only gained 5lbs so far, but i know that its pure lean muscle. I dropped alot of BF due to cardio at 45min per day X 5 days per wk, and this is what i intended to do! I switched my routine based on info i obtained here on the boards , to only doing 1 body part per day, and have found it to be a deff sucsess! i find it easier to concentrate on 1 mucsle group and give it undivided attention, and the results were growth and cuts! My diet has been around 3000 cal. low carbs, low fat & high protein, with most if not all my carbs in the morning and early afternoon. Gym week is usally mon thru sat, with 1-2 rest days. RESULTS: SIDE EFFECTS: but other than that i have accomplished wk 3 and will ventur on the wk 4 in the hopes to have conquered this quest to look like a shredded , veiny awsome looking human being!! I hope some of the guys ready to start, can learn from this kinda shit! later!!! ill post again in wk 6.....cant wait! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() HEY BRO! MY CARBS CANT BE MORE THAN 200MGS PER DAY, THE REST OF THE CAL COME FROM FOOD AND PROTEIN SHAKES. AND THE 4PACK OF ABS WERE THERE BUT THAT HARD TO GET LOWER AB THAT I COULDENT SEE IS COMING THROUGH, IN FACT DUE THE THE HANGING LEG RAISES ITS THERE!! I JUST HAVE TO GET THE BF DOWN TO SEE IT COMPLETLY! BY WK 8 ILL BE THERE, IM STARTED ABOUT 15%BF I SHOULD HAVE GOT IT LOWER B4 I STARTED, BUT NOW IM AT ABOUT 13% BY THE END IM AIMING FOR BTWN 8-9%.....THE PROTEIN INTAKE IS AT LEAST 200GRM A DAY AND ITS BLOATING THE SHIT OUT OF ME!
