![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Please help!!! I am getting ready to start a cycle next week, but I have a vaction planned for the 7th week of a 10 week cycle. Which means I will probably miss a week of work outs. My question is should I go ahead and start my cycle and not worry about missing the work outs or just wait until after the vacation. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I did that last year. Had to improvise. Don't know where your going, but you can do push ups till you drop or have someone sitting on your back. Do donkey calf raises. Find a kids playground and use the bars. There are many different ways. You will be suprized at what you will find just do it nothing can stop you. IP: Logged |
