a friend of mine showed me the way. i wasnt much on discussion boards, but then i came here and got hooked. damn you elite fitness....hehe. j/k. since then i like to try to share the love and brought one of my buddies here. knowledge is power and this is one of the most powerful boards on the net. I also was a part of Muscle and Fitness Forum for a couple of years. I saw one or two posts about this EliteFitness so I finally checked it out. This site is set up much better and much more active than those others. Not have been back to Muscle and Fitness Forum since. IP: Logged |

Was a UG reg and heaven knows how I found it, to long ago.... Anyway just wanted to check out some other stuff (seeing how the UG is all but dead now) and 'course a few folks posted about this place. I'll still surf to a few other boards now and then - I see some you about and that's good. Really enjoy the Womans board cause when I tried to find info for my wife there just was not any solid place to go. It pissed me off! found this board a few years ago (don't remember how, I think Dan Duchaine pointed me to it in an email). went by the name of randalthor, but got lost [had another kid, he has PDD(a type of autism), and stopped BB for about 1 1/2 years], then an online acquantance(sp?) puffader told me about elite, again I went on(as EfIGy), now it's an addiction. I haven't gotten back in to BB hardcore yet (hard when you travel 90% and have to deal with a PDD child the other 10%). but have been working on getting cut again and am slowly(with the help of dnp) making progress. I did as search under Steroids, was looking for medical information and ran accross this site.
