i was just wondering how many off or rest days you guys try to get each week. i generally try to work each body part once a week except arms [twice]. i also try to always get two full days without lifting anything.

To do arms twice a week is also to much.
alot of your heavy arm work is done when doing chest,back,and shoulders so in reality you are doing arms 3x a week(Overtraining!)i do Mon Tues On weds Off Thurs Fri on weekend off , more than plenty!

i just got done witha 6 day a week worout, one bodypart a day, each bodypart once a week...now I am on a 4day a week routine, then and gonna switch to another 4 day a week routine...
