I injected 250mg of sus. last wednesday and another 500mg of that same friday to get a boost... it is now thursday and the scale says I am up 4 lbs. I was 172lbs with about 10% BF... now I am 176lbs. same body fat... I thought it took longer for sus. gains to show... I should post pics, but I don't know how IP: Logged |
