On my first cycle of OMNA and DBOL I am consuming 3500kcals daily containing 480g of protein....is this ok???....I am 6'2 210lbs

3500cals is fine if you have a slow metabolism or if you are trying to cut up.

If you are going for mass, according to your weight I would suggest 4500-5000 cals.

When I bulk I check my bodyfat weekly and eat as much as I can to get me to 10-12% bodyfat at the end of the cycle.

I like to diet down to 8% before I start then eat as much as I can to get to 10-12%.

Protein is pretty good. Up the calories. At 210 I would look to around 4500 cals per day unless you are trying to cut up, but then the Oman/DBol combo is out of line. What are you wanting to do? Gain or Cut?

If going for 245lbs then eat enough to make it happen...

I suggest you increase cals by 500 a week to get used to it but go up to 6000cals.

You need to get eating boy. I suggest you take in lots of liquid meals cause it's going to be fucking hard to eat all those calories when you are used to 3500cals.

protein intake is good + some.....you may wan to up the calories a bit to bulk up....

Up the cals to about 5000 to 6000 a day and a little more protein.

just like what everybody said, up your cals bro. try to consume at least 4500. i think your protein intake should be plenty...

Thats alot of calories!
I havent eaten that many since I was 18 at 230. Maybe thats why Im only 200....hmmm...
