I think it is in either on this online issue of t-mag or on the Poliquin interview. It calls for snatch-width grip deadlifts while standing on a box, good mornings and stiff legged deads or at least that is what I did yesterday and my lower back, glutes and hamstrings are toast today. The program separates out hamstring and quad training which unfortunately means two days of leg training but it seems like it will be worth it. If you have a small ass and lagging lower back and hamstrings like I do, then you might want to take a look at this.
