Try this suppplement. (Wobenzym N) You can get it at G.N.C. or many health food stores. Take 5 pills three times a day in between meals for the first 5 days then go down to 3 pills two times a day until the pain is gone. It ain't real cheap but it's the only thing that works on the tendonitis in my elbows. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I might be too late for this but using wrist straps can cause alot of stress to the wrists. I would reccommend a minimal use of them. IP: Logged |
