Yes, I did use the search. Saw that several people recommended nyquil, will try that tonight. Also GHB was recommended, don't really want to try that. I have a 12 of bud in the refrigerator.....that's not a good option either. In the second week of my first cycle and getting outstanding results......I know they could be even better if I could sleep more than 2 hours at a time...HELP BROS!!!

You could try Valerian root heard that works well, but not sure of the dosage it's OTC; or you could go to your doc and see if he would write you a script for Adavan(sp?) just be careful with it. Hope this helps

Dude. use l-tryptophan. I am the same way. I am a complete insomniac. Really sucks for recuperation and growing.

There is a company called bios that sell it off the internet. I got the link from e2. You could probably find it in the search archives if you use keyword tryptophan.
It is cheap. I think I paid 130 for 250 grams. Take 2-4 grams a night. I only use it when I get really sleep deprived.

I would shy away from Klonopin. Stays in the body far too long, can also have negative effects on strength due to the relaxant properties that linger for twelve plus hours. Valium is better, but must be in low doses. Combine a low dose of benadryl with a short acting benzo (the best is ativan, gen. lorazepam). The benny 1.5 hours before sleep, the Avan 1 hour before sleep. Suggest 12.5 of Benny/Ativan 0.5 to start. May repeat Ativan once in the night, no later than four hours before you want to wake up. You will have to increaset the dosages as time goes on. You will not build up any significant tolerance using this strategy.

With Klonopin, you may build up a tolerance as it is in your body for so long. Also, we use Klonopin for anti-seizure treatment, so this tells you it may not be the first choice for the body builder. It may work well for some however...

I have the same problem Delts, I work a graveyard and sleep during the day, if you ever need to sleep during the day, I know that you need to cover your windows, and keep your room cool, you will sleep like a baby.

Melatonin works great wont put you to sleep but once your there it la la land.Dosage varies your going to have to experiment,if you take to much it will leave you groggy when you wake up

Try Kava Kava, you can get it at any health food store and some pharmacies OTC. Its cheap and works for most people, no "hang over" the next morning either.

With this Eca/Clen diet I sleep about 6 hours a night... my body just wont rest anymore... probably my mind fails to tire even when my body does... weekends are GHB time.. sleep like a champ even if its only 4 hours.... sleep like the dead.

I agree with the Melatonin. It won't knock you out but once your asleep you stay there. Plus it's pretty cheap so you have nothing to lose by giving it a try.

valium works great if you have severe insomnia.valerian and kava dont do squat.
melatonin is okay but it really doesnt make you sleepy.
try chamomile tea,or capsules and get the extract not the root.natures way is a good brand.

Well, it's 1:38 AM here and I made it four hours before waking up this time, so maybe the nyquil helped a little. And the sleep seemed to be "deeper" too. One benefit of this insomnia, and the reason I'm probably still getting great gains.......is that my body never goes into a catabolic state as I always suck down a protein shake when I wake up. dude, i am in the same boat. i got a total of 3 hours sleep last night. for the past 2 months (length of cycle), i have slept an average of 5 hours sleep a night...and none of it good! i tried melatonin but i wake after 2-4 hours. This is wreaking havoc on my job too! It is to the point that i want to try GHB or some valium. The good news is that my last inj was 2 days ago. Anyone know how long it takes for sleep to return to normal???

but there is a problem u get addicted

Brothers,I haven't had a good nights rest in weeks.I mean no more that 4 hours at once.It's been really affecting my job and my life in general.I tried GHB,doesn't work.I tried Melatonin,that doesn't work either.See the problem is I don't have a hard time falling asleep,when I decide thats it's bed time,thats it,lights out and I'm asleep within minutes.But I always wake up 3-4 hours later and then I can't fall back asleep,and If I do it's not that same deep sleep that I had for the first 3 hours,and that makes the over all sleep a bad one.

So I went to see my Doctor about this yesterday.She knows I'm on Deca,but doesn't know about the Primo and the Winny.Anyways she was very reluctunt to give me anything,saying that sleeping pills will only solve the problem temporarally and that we have to find out what it is that is keeping me up at night,but I eventually got her to give me an RX for APO-ZOPICLONE(she only gave me 10).She said that this stuff will knock me out and keep me out for a good 8 hours and that I would feel very rested.Well you can imagine how excited I was yesterday about getting the day over with,popping one of these bad boys in my mouth and finally getting some decent ZZZZ's.WRONG!!!!!Like usual,fell asleep right away around 11:30,but like usual again I've been up since 4am.I would seriously kill for a good nights sleep.PLEASE HELP ME.Thanks guys.

i have been having problems sleeping also, only because I am so god damn horny... I am 1 week into 500mg sus. and the only thing that puts me to sleep is screwing... try it... and it feels good too without side effects other than maybe a baby or two

Why don't you want to try GHB/GBL? It induces 4-5 REM sleep and increases GH by 16 fold! My suggestion would be to do your own research on it, you may change your mind. Here is a fairly good link to start off http://ghb.webjump.com/

Bump the velarian root dude, the shit is great. Make sure you get the concentrated. Its pretty cheap, only like 10 bucks for 2 months worth, and its worth it. Dont feel like shit next morning. Also I take Melatonin 3 with it. After about a half hour, im out. Great shit, melatonin is really cheap too. Take them, and I guarentee you will get tons of sleep, and you will not wake up at night, I have slept threw some wild storms. Go to GNC, they got the shit.

I get the Ativan 2mg everytime i cross.
I feel you get a better sleep if you first try to naturally, but if you only get a short 2 hour cat nap, then take the Ativan
during the early morning. This may sound strange, but something with a lot of sugar
an hour before bed (i like lite ice cream which has tryptophan in it). The following sugar crash has given me a great rest. If all fails, perscribe for some sodium pentathol--kidding..

I used to have problems sleeping from Ripped Fuel. Since I started my cycle, I haven't used any and my sleep is pretty good.

I bought a bottle of Z-MASS PM from GNC. It seems to work good at keeping u asleep once u are there, but its still a bitch for me to actually fall asleep. Sometimes i'll take a benadryl tablet or 2 and that helps me doze off.

I too take Klonopin and it actualy does help you relax to the point of sleep. It's a benzodiazephene, not otc, but not hard for a doc. to write a script or two. It's in the same family as valium.
