I work out about 5 times a week for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, depends on Cardio. I usually hit a major muscle group and some days add abs and cardio. Workout stays the same regardless.

I train each major muscle group once per week. My routine is 5 days per week, Wednesdays and Sundays off. My training usually lasts 1-1 1/2 hours, depending on the muscle group being worked.

The only change off-cycle is cardio 4 days per week early s.m.

After moving and changing jobs I'm alot busier. I went from working out 4 times a week(every week) to 4 times a week every other week. to my suprise, I come back refreshed and stronger. I'm lifting heavy med reps. It seems to be working better. I'm not as tired as I used to be. I think the key is that I'm getting more rest and I'm still eating like I used to.

I train only 4 times a week.
i train each bodypart once a week!
and yes i love to train legs, unlike many people who call themselves bodybuilders, i would disagree! PART TIMERS!!
I also noticed form the above posts that alot of you train often and for long periods!
i can only presume that you are all either professional bodybuilders competing in olympia etc, or you are all trying despaerately to lose weight not gain it!
my workouts are short and intense.
over 1 hour and its overtime for the body, therefore storage is taken away from you!

I agree with most of the bros here. I train 4 times/week, two muscle groups/day. Used to train five times/week, but have made better gains with less training.

Yup, I train one muscle group a day, except on arms where i hit biceps and triceps for a better pump..usually take a day off during the week and one day off on the weekend. I try to never have a set schedule as which day to train which bodypart, as confusion is always key.
