Be careful shopping in Nogales. It's not really a party town like TJ, so busts are frequent. The only reasons to visit Nogales are all illegal. I know many people who have been caught coming back. IP: Logged |

I always take my girl with me,dress nice,go on saturday,buy somthing(cheap) like pottery,and I only buy a couple redijects of sos and maybe a vile of deca. Just a small personal amount. I know It's pretty hot but most boarders are. We who cross all take chances. What about Douglas? is that place hot as Nogalas ? IP: Logged |

Went there in March during spring break. No problem at all. Went with my girl and bought some pottery and liquor, had spandex on underneath my pants, said US citizenship..all good. It seemed to me they were giving people who looked Mexican a hard time and everyone else no problem. If you can though go elsewhere. The selection is not that great and the prices are a little high. Your much better off with nogales than douglas. That place is one large drug mill and the feds know it. CBS news just did a piece on the place yesterday. I've crossed once at nogales and had no problems. Although I wasn't alone. As long as you're not acting weird chances are you'll be ok. But it's still a big chance. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Been to Nogalas twice and both times it was tough getting stuff across but the prices are much better than TJ... I would do lots of reading and bounce your plan off a few people and don't be greedy... The spandex shorts works well.. IP: Logged |
