I dont even know how to spell it but it is killin me. I havent even started a cycle yet, i have just been taken in about 350 grams of protein a day and workin out but i feel like im just shittin' it all out. Anyone know something good to take. I took a advanced imodium tonight and it is still runnin. Gross stuff!

Yes, any major change in diet can cause colon irritation, especially if you are getting a lot of protein from milk. a ton of lactose when you arent used to it can mess you up for a little while.

your probably lactose intolerant and don't even know it, also 350mg of protein will do that to you
