Ok bros. I need help. Ive researched and found some stuff but there but I want input. I know this should probably be on the training board but theres never anyone over there. I wanna loose BF over the next 3 weeks and maintaine what I have. Dont wanna loose a thing. Here is what I was think'n about do'n. Tell me what yall think.

Cardio 30 to 50 min 5 to 6 days, AM before eating.
Flaxseed 2x per day, am and pm
Glutamine 6g
Creatine 15g
Ripped Fuel 6 per day spread out
TONS of Protein 1.5 to 2 g per lbs.
Carbs at about 100

Can I maintaine what I have now without loosing mass?

I hope I can get serious responses from you bros. I really appreciate your input.

Yea Im still nat, almost went to the darkside a while back but a local bro on juice talked me out of it. Thats ok, cuz Im still grow'n.

bottom line. any weight loss without gear is going to take some muscle with it, but it looks like your in the right direction to me. I would not waist my money on the creatine because you will be trying to cut carbs and you wont be able to store much creatine without a lot of insulin.

?, got my hands on Clen, how does this sound.

Clen in am everyday before Cardio. Ripped Fule on non-lifting days for thermo effect at lunch and later in the afternoon. (no later than 4 probably). Then Clen (2x on these days) before lifting in afternoon on Mon, Wed & Fri. (again no later than 4). Two days off Clen, Sat & Sun, Ripped Fuel for Thermo effect once on Sat in the after noon and all day off of everyting on Sun.

making your own eca stack is better than ripped fuel. I would just use clen(2 tabsx3 a day) alternated eod with (eca 3x a day eod)
DONT TAKE EPHEDRINE OR EPHERDRA AT THE SAME TIME OR ON THE SAME DAY AS CLEN!

You might also what to consider doing a cyclic ketogenic diet like bodyopus. From my own experiences and from what I have read the weight lost on a ketogenic diet is mostly fat as opposed to muscle (9:1 ratio), but that's your call.
