(1) what is a good method for getting oil to disperse from the injection site when it begins to build up. (2) what is a safe anti-inflamatory to take for lower back problems to minimize stress on the liver and kidneys durring a cycle which contains reforvit. IP: Logged |

1. I've found success with 2 things for helping oil to disperse.....frequent injection site massages, and 15-20 minutes in a hot tub of water. 2. I use 800mg of ibuprofen 2 times per day when lower back pain becomes too much to deal with. Studies show drugs such as Tylenol will give you liver problems, but ibuprofen appears to be somewhat safe. Just be sure to take milk thistle and primrose oil. Hope this helps SSMAN IP: Logged |

Depending on what you are taking... I take the Sustanon amps and redijects and soak 'em in really hot water for a few minutes before injecting. It makes the oil thinner, and that way it goes in easier and dissipates faster. Also a hot rag on the site while massaging it after the injection works well too. IP: Logged |
