are you a powerlifter? give me some feedback...on my routine if you can...this is what i'm going to do while on first cycle...
Monday: squat (2x8-10), leg press (2x10-12), leg curls (3x10-12), calves, abs
Wednesday: bench press (2x8-10), incline DB press (2x8-10), wt dips (3x10), lying tricep ext with olympic bar (3x8), pushdowns (2x8-10)
Friday: deadlift (1x8-10), pullup (3x8-10), rows (3x8-10)...
Saturday: Standing overhead press (2x6-8), side laterals and bent laterals (2x10-12)...and barbell and db curls (2x8-10)...i only listed the work sets...i train similiar while clean...should i up the volume a bit- i actually do similiar amount of volume while clean-and recovering just fine-my pl lifter buddy thought while on sauce i should increase the volume a bit...i want to build a good base of strength and some size...what improvements in routine design...btw i will be doing 600mg of test for ten weeks with 20 mgs of dbol in the first four weeks...thanks...CAL

BTW...E2 have you seen kirk karwoski's training video...greatest thing i have seen...it is so freaking amazing...he dominates the wts and lifts with so much aggression...only training and meet footage...

No i'm not a powerlifter, but your program looks alright, i would increase your sets a bit while on the juice. You will recover much better while on.
