what is the greatest strength gain you guys have made from some good cycles? bp, sq, dl...etc...and what kind of strength did you keep after the cycle...

In my current cycle my bench has gone from 375 to 405 or a little more in 5 weeks. Squat has gone up about 30 lbs

On my first cycle my strength went up a lot:
BP: 1RM from 205 to 275
SQ: 1RM from 355 to 430

EQ only cycle and I kept the strength

2 weeks of Test Suspension @ 100 mgs/ daily got me a 60 pound increase in bench for a college bench show.
