Have any of u guys used eca instead of clen at the end of your cycles? I would use clen but I hate the way it makes me feel, not even worth it to me. I know eca is good enuff for fatburning but does it help spare muscle like clen does? I dont' plan on doin a seperate cuttin cycle so I'm thinkin about just hittin eca when I start cutting 2 weeks after my test.enth/eq cycle, what do u guys think? IP: Logged |

juiceboy, I'm wondering if you seen any kind of side effects with your EQ/enenthate cycle like bloated face or a lot of acne? or did you not start it yet? IP: Logged |

From what I have read and from personal experience - ECA is anticatabolic. Considering the fat loss you can get with it, you don't lose nearly as much muscle as you should. IP: Logged |

Yes ECA is anti-catabolic. The original studies on it showed that the users lost the same amount of weight as the non-users, but with alot less LBM loss. The weight loss was primarily fat mass. IP: Logged |
