A friend recieved a package (with product enclosed) with tape wrapped around the box. The tape has "Inspected by U.S Customs" all over it. Should he be concerned? I told him to make sure to do the Return to sender bit.

Keep it for a week Just write return to sender on it,so if some tries to ask any questions just say you haven't gone arround to mailing it, if no one comes arround in a week you still have your goods

How does he know that the product is in there? Did he open it already?

what is that quenpo? What is on the package or on the tape? On the tape there is "Inspected by U.S. customs". I do not know about the box itself I will have to ask because I have not seen it. I know about the Return thing, but I have never heard or seen this tape deal.

Isn't this tape normally used to reseal a package opened?

Had the package been opened by customs, or is there just a bunch of tape on it?

It's pretty strange ! Why would they send the package if they know there's AS in it ? If there's a tape written customs on it it sure means it WAS opened and sealed, so I'd go with the return to sender pattern.

GET THE BOX OUT OF YOUR PREMISES, HOUSE APT, WHAT EVER, DO IT NOW, DONOT WALK OUT THE FRONT DOOR WITH IT IN PLAIN SITE, OPEN IT IF YOU REALLY WANT THE GEAR MILES AWAY FROM YOUR HOME, IT COULD BE A CONTROLLED DELIVERY BRO, STASH THE GEAR AWAY FROM YOUR SELF. They sometimes put small transmitters in the box so when opened they make the bust, make sure your not followed when you leave your home. I'd head out the country, wide open spaces were you have a good line of site and can see for a long distance before opening it....If the MAN shows up at your place and you don't have it, they are fucked...no controlled delivery, no evidence, no bust, no matter what...

Couple of dumb questions here from me.....why would they open it and put customs tape on it if transmitter was in there and how would transmitter be activated by opening the box.....? If these are inappropriate questions just don't respond.... Does DEA, or whomever really go after $100.00 or $200.00 packages.....I have never bought or received any items ....prob will not after reading some of these things.....makes me paranoid.....oh well....

You should be safe. The tape indicates that Customs has inspected the package and that its contents were legal for import into the U.S. If they have searched your package and were attempting to procecute, they would not advertise.

It depends on if it is actual tape closing the package which is big and yellow and says "US Customs" on it, or all packages imported have a customs sticker on it saying it passed through. I got an envelope about 2 weeks ago that was closed with the tape and it was empty. I got the letter from customs 2 weeks later stating they nabbed 8 amps of test valued at $24. (don't know where they are getting their prices!) Since then I recieved 100ml of EQ to the same address, same fake name and there was just a sticker on it. I was paranoid after the first package was nabbed and got all gear and needle out of my house just to be safe. No DEA ever came and kicked in my door. I would be suspicious if it was taped shut yet the contents were still enclosed. Read in the paper that is what they did to some guy ordering Ruhipnol and the cops came to his house after he recieved and busted him so you never know.

Ok guys, here it is. The guy did not want to tell me everything over the phone or e-mail because he was overly paranoid at first. He now has told me that his AS was not in the package but his HCG was. So that explains the whole thing. The HCG was legal for inport. Still seems f'ed up to me though; like HCG, anabolic steroids have legitimate medical uses as well. Ignorance Kills!
